What is Forge POS?
Forge POS by PPD Technology connects an Android point-of-sale register with Forge Cloud, the merchant management portal. Use the register for checkout and Forge Cloud to manage your catalog, inventory, team, and reporting.
What does the software cost?
The quoted software pricing is $60 per location, plus $20 for each additional device, with no installation charge. Contact PPD to confirm billing terms, the included-device allowance, hardware, and payment processing for your setup.
Can I manage my business away from the register?
Yes. Log in to Forge Cloud from a browser to work with your catalog, inventory, employees, schedules, and reports. Forge Cloud is the management portal; checkout happens on the register.
Will PPD help me get set up?
Talk with the PPD team about your catalog, locations, hardware, and payment-processing setup. Installation has no charge. The team will confirm the equipment and onboarding details for your business before you get started.
Can I use my existing hardware?
